TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The owner of the LoopSeat online store (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is OÜ LOOPSEAT (registration code 17047431), located at Eha 1, Külitse, Kambja Parish, 61702, Estonia.

Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Pricing Information

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Online Store.

All prices displayed in the Online Store are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Delivery charges are added to the purchase price and are displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.

Product information is provided directly alongside each product in the Online Store.


Placing an Order

To place an order, add the desired products to your shopping cart and complete the required information during checkout.

Before submitting the order, the customer is presented with an order summary, including the selected products, delivery method, and total price. By confirming the order, the customer submits a binding purchase order.

Important: When paying via online banking, please be sure to click “Return to Merchant” after completing your payment.

Payments are securely processed by Maksekeskus AS.

Payments take place outside the Online Store in a secure payment environment. Bank payments are processed in the secure environment of the respective bank, while card payments are processed in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS.

The seller has no access to the customer’s banking or credit card information.

The sales agreement enters into force once the payment has been received in the Online Store’s bank account.

The Online Store acts as the controller of personal data and transfers the personal data necessary for processing payments to the authorised processor, Maksekeskus AS.

If an ordered product cannot be delivered because it is out of stock or for any other reason, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. Any amounts paid, including delivery costs, will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notification.

Delivery costs are borne by the customer and are displayed during checkout.

Stock Availability and Delivery Times

The Online Store offers both in-stock products and made-to-order products.

In-stock Products

Products that are in stock are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Made-to-order Products

Products that are not in stock are manufactured upon order.

The estimated production and delivery time is generally up to 30 business days from the date the sales agreement enters into force (receipt of payment), unless otherwise stated.

In exceptional circumstances, such as unusually high order volumes, supply chain disruptions, or delays in material availability, delivery may take up to 60 calendar days.

In such cases, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. If necessary, a new delivery date will be agreed upon or the full purchase amount will be refunded.

Domestic deliveries within Estonia generally arrive within 30 business days after payment has been received.

In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 60 calendar days.


Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the sales agreement concluded through the Online Store within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product may only be used to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, as would be permitted in a physical retail store.

If the product has been used beyond what is necessary for inspection or shows signs of use or wear, the Online Store reserves the right to reduce the refundable amount in accordance with the decrease in the product’s value.

To return a product, the customer must submit a withdrawal notice by email to:

no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.

Unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective product, the customer bears the cost of returning the goods.

The customer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal notice or provide proof that the goods have been handed over to the carrier within this period.

Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online Store will refund all payments received under the sales agreement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.

The Online Store may withhold reimbursement until it has received the returned goods or until the customer has provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.

If the customer has chosen a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not obliged to reimburse any additional delivery costs.

The Online Store reserves the right to withdraw from the sales agreement and request the return of the goods if the product price was incorrectly displayed due to an obvious pricing error significantly below the market price.


Right to Submit a Claim

The Online Store is liable for any non-conformity or defect that existed at the time the goods were delivered and becomes apparent within two years of delivery.

For defects appearing within one year of delivery, it is presumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery unless proven otherwise by the Online Store.

Customers must notify the Online Store of any defect within two months of discovering it by contacting:

The Online Store is not liable for defects that arise after the goods have been delivered.

If the Online Store is responsible for a defect, it will repair or replace the defective product.

If repair or replacement is not possible, the Online Store will refund all payments made under the sales agreement.

The Online Store will respond to consumer complaints in writing or in another reproducible format within 15 days.


Direct Marketing and Personal Data Processing

The Online Store uses personal data provided by the customer solely for processing orders and delivering purchased goods.

Personal data may be shared with logistics service providers to complete deliveries.

Marketing emails and newsletters are sent only if the customer has explicitly subscribed by providing their email address and giving consent to receive marketing communications.

Customers may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by contacting the Online Store via email or by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each marketing email.


Dispute Resolution

Any complaints regarding the Online Store should first be submitted by email to:

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the consumer has the right to обратиться to the Consumer Disputes Committee operating under the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (CPTRA).

All disputes shall be governed by and resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
